Mary Todd Lincoln: First Lady of Controversy

Developed in conjunction with the ALPLM's exciting new exhibit of the same name, the lesson plans and activities below will introduce students to the world of Mary Todd Lincoln, wife of the 16th president and arguably the most controversial of all First Ladies.

Mary Todd Lincoln: First Lady of Controversy runs in the Illinois Gallery of the ALPLM from late April through Fall 2007. Check back here often as more lesson plans are added.
